In April, 2025, we integrated the functional products business division of Nissin Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with our business and started operations. Each of the predecessor companies has a long history since its founding. As a manufacturer of high-precision and functional products, they had provided products and responded to various technological issues together with their creative technologies for customers.
Going forward, we will provide synergy effects that only we can create and accelerate the starting of businesses for an increasingly diverse market through technologies: the precision hot forging and precision casting that have been cultivated by each company in the field of fabrication, the low-to-high volume production technology and difficult-to-cut material processing technology in the processing field, and the in-house design and in-house jig production to produce these materials at optimal efficiency. We are also committed to contributing to society and building the trust of our business partners by the effort of our employees with the aim of becoming a sustainable company.
