Technology of Materials processing

NISSIN PREVO uses the advanced metal processing technology to provide high-quality components and products in a variety of industrial fields. Making full use of the metal's properties, we can suggest the most suitable methos and respond to requires such as durability, strength, and precision.
Achieves high-quality material processing
Utilizing technologies of aluminum die casting, closed forging, iron forging and stainless steel forging, we realize high-quality material processing.
-
Aluminum die casting
High-strength die casting that are less internally defective due to pressure reduction and local pressures
Our die casting process adopts a combination of reduced pressure mainly to improve the flow of melted aluminum and reduce the entrainment cavities, and local pressure to suppress the generation of shrinkage cavities.
Our aluminum business is based on functional parts for automobile engines, which are used in extremely harsh environments. -
Closed forging
There is no burr. So costs are reduced.
Closed forging is a forging method that uses only materials of almost the same mass as the finished form. Normal forging adjusts the weight so that the material comes out of the mold. The portion that came out of this method becomes "burr" and must be removed in the post-process. In the case of closed forging, the mass is controlled not to make materials come out of the mold, so that the material cost for burrs can be saved. -
Iron forging
"Forging" to increase strength by striking iron
Forging is a technology for forming metal (iron) heated to 1200 degrees by applying pressure using an upper die and a lower die. Forging has the property that can strengthen metal structure while changing shape by applying force to metal. That is the word "Strike while the iron is hot" itself. Forging is to change the metal shape while strengthening by heating them to a high temperature. -
Stainless Steel Forging
Stainless Steel Forging requiring large load
Stainless steel forging is harder than the iron used in general forging and requires a greater load than iron. Also, controlling temperature of stainless steel is difficult and it requires severe temperature management. Furthermore, mold wear tends to be severe, so it is necessary to regularly manage molds to ensure quality. Since NISSIN PREVO manufactures metal molds in-house, we are able to respond well to design, use and maintenance.
